❌ Customized Bracelets

  • Customized or energized crystal bracelets cannot be cancelled after consultation

  • Once consultation is completed and bracelet preparation begins, cancellation is not permitted

Damages & Defects

As crystal bracelets are handmade and made from natural stones:

  • Minor variations in color, size, or texture are natural and not defects

  • Such variations are not eligible for refund or replacement

If a product is severely damaged during transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Resolution, if any, will be at our discretion.
